Upgrade wants to change password field length

Upgrade wants to change password field length was created by wrongjon
Ive just upgraded from RC4 to stable
Running the DB field checks it says that JOS_USERS password field is 255 and should be var(100)
Its trying to get me to agree to this sql
ALTER TABLE `#__users` CHANGE `password` `password` varchar(100) NOT NULL DEFAULT ''
Should it be asking me to change JOS_USERS? Should i make this change?
HELP!
