Can't login a CB user

Can't login a CB user was created by yballare
Hello,

after install CB module, my users can't login : i have 404 error page when redirect to :

/My site name/index.php/component/comprofiler/login

/login doesn't exit ...

can someone help me ?

Disable SEO and cache (followed by purging cache). Then see if issue persists.

Ok i have disable the SEO and the Url is now "normal"

My Web Site/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login

But is not working : page 404

The cache is set to "no" in the admin module.
I have reset cash on my IE 7 too

Another idea ? :S

Did you also rename/remove .htaccess if you used mod-rewrite? Might be a bad install and require re-installing CB (could try an expert upgrade followed by running CB tools from backend).
