String editing

String editing was created by solacefsp
My client wants to change the text of the following string.
"Access to this content is not allowed without subscription"
I have searched to code for this and I am comming up blank.
I am thinking that there are two reasons for this.
1. I am an idiot and can not find a simple string (not likely but possible)
2. The string is hiding being he ION Cube encryption and I can not get to it (I think this is more likely)
Assuming that it's option #2, where do I go from here? Do I need to install the english language pack (not currently installed) to get to that data or is it simply not editable?

Maybe third option ... read your detailed documentation - there is a specific chapter that covers this!
