Have reviewed your site further and the plugin and its protection is working perfectly fine. For instance please login to demouser2/demouser2 and view demouser1 profile. You'll notice that the contents of the contact info tab is not visible and the message you've configured is displayed.

The way you have it is if the OWNER is subscribed to featured-ent OR vip-escort and ONLY IF the VIEWING user is subscribed to high-roller, vip_viewer, featured-ent, OR vip-escort then the tab will show.

Any other scenario the tab will not show its contents and will display the message you have configured. Have confirmed this on your install. Moderators are except from this and will always see the tab (as you've configured).

The way you need it configured is A. Tab availability by Owner's Subscriptions: set to No, Normal CB settings. Your plan workflows also was not correct and fixed the non-upgrade plans to be upgradeable as you had 2 exclusive plans, both non-upgrade however you had no other plan that was exclusive and allowed upgrade to permit a correct workflows. I've fixed this too for you.

Please test to ensure is working as expected. As per your request I've configured as necessary and tested working using demouser1 and demouser2 (add/remove subscriptions for these 2 to test the scenarios).

However, with your current configuration, it's not benefiting/encouraging the owner to upgrade to a paid plan because the contact info is only visible because of the viewers plan types.

Then you need to protect the tab entirely dependent on the Owners subscription (the opposite of what it is now).

Some what; as in if you configure it to be based off Owner AND View subscription you're saying. The tab is only available if the Owner is Subscribed to Plan A and the viewer is subscribed to Plan C. If EITHER of those are NOT true then the tab will NOT show. This means if the owner is NOT subscribed to Plan A then regardless of viewer being subscribed to Plan C or not the tab will NOT show.

Select plan(s) you want Viewer to have in order to view content.
