Forgot Login not working in IE was created by debthornell

Joomla 2.5.7 with CB 1.8.1 and CB Subs 2.0.2. Forgot login works correctly in all browsers except for IE? IE 9 you can check the box, nothing happens, uncheck the box and the additional information opens up. Is there a fix for this?
