Default template only in CB 2.0.12

Default template only in CB 2.0.12 was created by arczibalek

After installation CB 2.0.12 I have only default template. Are there any additional templates in the new Community Builder?
Is it possible to download and install templates from previous CB such as: Dark, WinClassic, WebFX ?
