OK, I think I found an easier way to do this. In Joomla, I setup a 'CB Moderator' group and assigned the key people to that group. Then in CB Configuration Manager, under Moderation tab, I changed the group from 'Administrator' to 'CB Moderator'. That should direct all emails to only those users in that group. Neat!
