Thank you Kyle.
So that means that when I install the next release it's all good and right now I can't do much to fix it? It's not crucial now, just would like to know.

Kyle's fix for ordering has been included in latest nightly build of CB.
As a paid member you can download the latest nightly from here:

www.joomlapolis.com/downloads/doc_details/640-community-builder-nightly-build

and just install it over your existing environment.
