Has this always been the case or recently? If recently can you recall what was recently changed? Please follow the below steps to try and expose the actual error.
Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry to see if the error is exposed. If not check server error logs to see what the fatal error is. If unable to access logs or find the error in it please contact your host to see if they can help with reading the log.

this error comes out on the management panel
I get 500 internal server error when I click on community builder configuration
