After moving to Joomla 4.4.0 we get several 500 errors on CBSubs related to the mailer

For instance on cron urls like :
https://xxx/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&cbpact=cbsubsclass&cbpclass=mailer&user=62&cbpmailerdo=cronprocesssendmailqueue&key=d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e&format=raw

Or when trying to pay with off line gateway we get several deprecated warnings.

Pretty difficult to debug and get a stack trace as it seems to happen only when cron is called or after slip payment is validated

Any ideas ?

Seems the culprit is Acymailing plugin trying to override joomla emails, nothing to do with CB subs
