iframe issue in Group Jive Info Tab was created by AlexRag
I am trying to embed an iframe in the info area of a Group and have made sure the editor (JCE Editor) allows iframes, and although I can see in the back end, it is not visible on the front-end.   Is there some setting I should be looking at with Group Jive that may be preventing it from displaying?

It does not permit iframes there. iframes are a vulnerability. So I do not recommend using them unless you've setup your sites content policy to be strict enough to block external URLs. If you've done that then within CB > Configuration > User Profile you can add iframe to "Exclude Tags from Filtering" to stop CB from filtering it.

Thanks for the warning, Kyle. Right now, only admins can add groups, so less of a risk with iframes.

If enabled iframes in CB > Configuration > User Profile.  Does this mean it's possible to add iframes by all users everywhere inside CB, not just JV (feeds, posts, etc)?

It will allow them anywhere HTML is allowed. So mainly editor field types. With CB 3.0 we'll be getting rid of our custom filtering (was needed when CB came out years ago) with Joomla's since Joomla's works per-usergroup.

As a workaround I've released a new build of CB GroupJive About Integration just now that bypasses the HTML filtering if being edited by a CB Moderator so moderators, site admins, etc.. can put whatever content they want. So once you've updated you should be good to go.

Wonderful!

I just upgraded, but I am noticing the iframe embed is only visible if I am logged in as an admin.   Other members are not able to see it.   Is there a configuration/permission setting inside GJ or elsewhere I should be looking at?   Right, I now only allow Superadmin the ability to create groups (Group Jive/Parameters/General/Create Access), so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

All other areas of the Group are visible.
