I copied the actions from your demo site, so that's been addressed.
But for the stickers, there are far too many to try to input manually. Could this be solved by a reinstall somehow, or if they are stored in a folder on the server, can I FTP them there? Any ideas?
Until I can sort this out, is there a way to disable stickers and emojis? I tried to disable the categories or make them only visible to Superusers, but it still appears.
That should restore all of those to defaults. There is no database table for emoji. Those all appear as they should.
Individual features are always managed from a central location. The stream management pages. From Streams > Activity edit the stream you don't want a feature on then simply turn it off under the Display tab. Note Recent Activity inherits a lot of the the Profile Activity features so be sure to edit both if you're making changes to Recent Activity.

Ok, I deleted the tables and updated CBActivity (Since a new version just rolled out), but the emojis do not appear on the front end, and now the Emoji category on the back end is gone (Only the cat sticker appears)
Emoji don't have database storage. Their display comes from a json file and is loaded in and parsed by the JavaScript. What browser are you using? Chrome, Firefox, or Safari? What system are you using? Windows, Mac, or Linux? Try refreshing without cache using ctrl + f5 and see if that clears the issue up. If not try using a different browser. If it works fine in a different browser it's likely a caching problem in the JavaScript.
