We have made the changes as you suggested. However, we are stuck and cannot figure out what we need to do to resolve the following issue:
I tested the CBSubs promotion setup for the Local Service plan. The first-month discount is working, but the second-month discount is not being passed correctly into Stripe’s automatic recurring billing. Stripe creates the first invoice at the discounted amount, but the renewal invoice still comes through at the full $69.
My developer sent over a video of every step in the process, but since I doubt you'd want to look at that, I took some screenshots of the key panels to show you the Stripe and CBSubs information. Those are attached.
Would I be crazy, possibly even insane, to ask you to have a look and help us resolve this vexing situation? I know your time is in high demand, but we've been wrestling with this for quite a while. So, apologies in advance.
