Uddeim Button sent

hi all, i need a guide here :
1. in userprofile i see the MESSAGE button when i mouse on there send Email only, how to make send private message shown there too? just like in joomlapolis there MESSAGE :---> send private message and Send Email to user.

2. i want a user list. i dont know what is spesific address to show all user profiles? just like on joomlapolis too www.joomlapolis.com/component/option,com_comprofiler/task,usersList/Itemid,33/

but i dont know that url is for my site
