Both say yes as you suggested. I think the larger issues is that the tabs aren't showing up. I did try with another template (not a rockettheme one)and that seemed to fix it. However given the popularity of these templates I was hoping for a fix somewhere around here.
From what you described, the tabs not showing up is a problem with compatability between your template and Joomla. This is not something I can fix, I would just go with a different template. Either that or give me some more information, screen shots, website, etc.

Ok, I have registered an account and uploaded a pic on your site, and havn't found anything out of the ordinary yet. Did you fix your problem, or am I missing it?
