PMS Enhance 2.0 TAB does not show in CB

In a fresh install, I cannot get the PMS Enhanced tab to show on the profile page. I have published the plugin and the tab in CB. No matter what location that I designate for the tab, it will not show up on the profile page.

Running:

Separately, from a menu link, PMS Enhanced is running just fine.

Ah ha! Nant has the answer:

The tab name is Quick Message. If you publush it (and the plugin is also published) then when you visit someone elses plugin you will see a quickmessage box where you can type a message and send it with one click.

This is true. There is no PMS Enhanced tab in your own profile. It shows up when you visit someone else's profile.
