Jb Forum Tab Parameters Mising

I've searched all over and I can't find a solution to my problem. Hopefully someone can help or can direct me to a solution

Basics:
Joomla Version: 1.012
CB Version: 1.02
Joomlaboard Version: 1.15

Issue
No posts are displayed in the Forum tab.

The Joomlaboard plugin is published. (see attached image file for config)

In the plugin parameters under forum posts is reads "List Settings: see tab configuration parameters"

In the tab configuration I have a "Forum" tab and a "Forum Settings tab" neither of which have configurable parameters. The "Forum Settings" tab has the SB configuration fields associate with it. The "Forum" tab has nothing associated with it.

I have also noticed that neither the "Forum tab" nor the "Forum Settings" tab have the Joomlaboard plugin associated with it.

What am I missing?
