I have just installed the catchpa plug in, but the image doesn't show when users go to register. They are asked to put in the code, but can't see one!
I saw in another post that someone said that for the image to show both GD library and Free Type are required - I have both of these, but still no image. Anyone found a way to resolve this? I'd be grateful for any advice.
Hello... look at your site configuration, that u have installed the gd libary or another libary... when joomla has found this then check on the server the permission of the image path from catchpa.. that is that what I do.... i hope i could help u...
