Error while intalling CB Consolidated Plugin was created by chris2005

I get this error when installing the CB Consolidated Plugin:

File /usr/home/deb1092n4/domains/kenniscentrumpsychologie.nl/public_html/media/install_4690e2d1c17f9/funcs.js does not exist!

Any idea what is happening?
