I am curious if there is a global better business bureau or some sort of Joomla developers review website? bbb.org only serves north america.
Is there any way to force a developer who is being immoral to refund a clients money? The developer in question refuses this. I would rather not take legal action over a small sum. (he has broken agreements in the licensing).
