Installing CB on Mambo 4.6.5

Hi there! I'm new at all this so please be patient )

I downloaded CB v1.4. and I have a Mambo 4.6.5 site. According to the installation pdf included in the download, v1.4 is only compatible with Mambo 4.6.2. Is there another version I need to download for Mambo 4.6.5?

Attached are the results I'm getting when trying to upload and install CB into my Mambo.

I have done more digging and discovered the new install txt doc in the installation files. I am following the install instructions step by step and got the comprofiler component to install successfully, however the modules will not install. As instructed I replaced the xml file within the files folder with the xml outside the files folder, then i rezipped ONLY the files folder (without the xml file outside the folder), resaved as mod_cblogin and mod_comprofilerModerator, respectively, and I am getting the attached error string....
