Any one can develop a ajax connect button like other popular socialnetwork. Expample: In user search list, the user can simply click on connect button without reload page...?

Like this javascript in jomsocial

Any idea?

You can certainly hire someone to do this.
We will be looking into such additions for CB 2.0.
