How do I test a Checkbox (single) value in a list? was created by fribse2011

Hi there

I want to make a list of people that has a checkbox set in one field, and not set in another field.

I've tried filtering using 'is empty' and 'is null', but I don't get a consistent result?
What's the right way to do this?

I would test if value is 1 or not 1
