Show the search fields as default was created by StinaD

Hi,

Is it possible to show the search fields on top of lists with out having the visitor to klick on "Search Users"?

Have looked around and can't find it ...

I believe you can go directly to search URL (see user list edit mode to see the 2 urls displayed).
