SOLVED IT, it was my change in theme as it did not seem to have the hook for the application... shame.

I recently tried to 'tidy' all my menues by removing them and lost my profile and my registration page...
I made a new menu for the profile (mandatory) part but no idea how to get my registration page back, it just come up blank
any help would be appreciated.
