Customizing Email Message

Hello,

When someone sends an email to a member from their profile the following message shows up at the bottom of the email:

This user did not see your email address. If you reply the recipient will have your email address.

Rate Lake County owners cannot accept any responsibility for the contents of the email and of user email addresses.

I'd like to customize this message but I don't see it in the configuration. Anyone know where I can customize it?
