Dropdown field showing as list was created by tamaldg2012

(1) I have added one dropdown field (single select) but it showing as a list type field. please help me.

2) I have installed CB 1.9,

In the User profile (edit mode), I want to disable the below fields. Unable to find it in the document.

I hope I can answer the last part of your question.

its CB_field manager.
params (user parameters)
say no to show in profile
say no to show in registration box

this ahould take those off for you.
