"[errors] emails could not be sent due to a sending errors"
May be [errors] could be put at the end to make it "Emails could not be sent due to a sending error: [errors]"

Same reasoning as previous case you brought up - I believe that the [errors] substitution will give a list of userids that could not be processed. Agree that the [errors] tag is somewhat misleading but it is something that we use generically.
