Forgot Password & Sign Up links not showing was created by mikeewart

I have CB 2.0.4 installed on Joomla 3.3.6

In the CB Login module, the Forgot password & Sign Up links do not appear.

I have tried setting them as text and also as icon thinking that might make a difference.

Anyone have any ideas that might help?
