User tagged spammer Question?

User tagged spammer Question? was created by rotor

I just reinstalled CB and am having a problem finding where and why one of my SuperUsers has been tagged "Spammer"

It shows in his profile and with every forum post.

I haven't come across this before and I cannot find anywhere to edit it? - where do I change this?
