How to change Registation Approval Email / Message

Hi,

I understand that in 2.07 The email to approved registered user(s) is managed by label in default.language.

I would like to know how can I change this email message without having to touch this label in the php file.

Also how to i make sure the CB message is sent and not the Joomla email for registration.

also when registering users in Joomla do I need plugin to automatically register in CB?
