I was updating an article in my back end and I refreshed and all of my menu items disappeared, all but community builder, how do i revert back without doing a backup? I put a lot of work into it, and hate to uninstall it if the problem cant be fixed.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled joomla.. after backing and saving my work from the front end.. not to much work on setting everything up but it did take some time
