Space between lastname and firstname

I'm using CB 2.0.12 and in the name of the user is always displayed without a space between lastname and firstname like:

GatesBill instead of Gates Bill

It appears also on the login "Hello, GatesBill"
Where can I add a space after the lastname fiel?

OK -I see it was my fault. I generated the username from lastnamefirstname - so it shows the username as title in the login module and the profile...
But where can I say that the title of the login and the profile should have:
[LASTNAME], [FIRSTNAME]

?
