CB 2.0.13 502 Bad Gateway was created by Polo Bilisim

Hi everyone.
I just install clean Joomla 3.4.8. and Community builder 2.0.13.
everything is working. But configuration panel doesnt work and this error message appears.
"502 Bad Gateway"
Is there a solution about this?

Other answers about this error in forum doesn't solve the problem.

Google for it - it is server related - you should ask your host to help you with this.
