complete getFields function was created by PierreCorell

Hello,

nice API which still works at external sources though the post is older... but please check the article www.joomlapolis.com/support/tutorials/120-api-usage/18361-obtaining-field-values-through-getfields-api again.

The function is not complete. It would be nice if someone could repair it :-)
