Update user profile fail

Hi,
I have testing CB for a week, this is a great extension.
But I have a problem when trying to update the user profile in front end.
When I edit a user profile, and click on save, I will get this error message:
Duplicate entry '549-43' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=INSERT INTO `#__user_usergroup_map` SET `user_id` = '549' , `group_id` = '43'

I have attached the screenshot files.
Could you direct me what was possibly wrong?
