[SOLVED] Unable to upload canvas or profile image was created by JosB

When i want to upload image of canvas, it says nothing, seems to work, but does not upload a new image... i just see this (see attached image)

so no errors, and no uploads. only on canvas and profile images. the media gallery works fine...

latest CB, latest Joomla (July 2017)

solved. disabled moderation of images... ;-)
