Advanced membership is a subscriptions based 12 month plan that give you:
access to CB Documentation (and maintenance versions
access to download the CB Add-ons (and maintenance)
access to a priority support forum area monitored by CB Team members
Professional membership is also a subscriptions based 12 month plan that gives you:
All Advanced membership privileges
access to guaranteed response support forum area
access to all incubator projects
access to all CB pre-releases and RCs
private ticketing (depending on professional plan)
The above plans provide support for all CB products (CB, CB Add-ons, Templates, CBSubs, etc).
