Restrict access to component/forum

I would like to restrict access to a forum/Kunena using CBSubs. For example, site is viewable to public except forum. Once registration and subscription is paid, then forum becomes viewable to paid subscriber. Subscriptions would be 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. I would also like the payment go go through PayPal.

Is this possible with CBSubs?
