Hi,
I just try to use the option to manage promotion, but after the register of a member, i have this error :
Fatal error: Class 'cbpaidCondition' not found in /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubspromotion/cbsubs.promotion.php on line 464
The plugin is well enabled.
I use CB Subs 1.21 and CB 1.7

I did the main component, the system plugin, the module and all the plugins that i use (including promotion)

I rollback to the old version (CBSubs 1.2) and i don't have the error now.
But i don't understand something, i set my promotion and i active the general params.
But i never see the place in the basket the input area to write the coupon code.
An idea ?

I could not duplicate issues. This is I believe the 3rd issue you've experienced regarding 1.2.1. Please create a new install (sub domain or sub folder) with just Joomla + CB + CBSubs and confirm if issues still present. Believe your issues are likely coming from some sort of conflict or perhaps a permissions issue. For example ALL CBSubs plugins and their tabs should be public (not registered, etc..). The tabs should always remain published as well.
