Please disable (unpublish) CB plugins 1 by 1 until resolved. This is typically due to a conflicting CB plugin.

I disable all plugins but until don't send mass email

Please provide the contents of the mass mailer (private data omitted of course). Please try sending a basic email of the below to your self (search user management for your username then use mass mailer button).
