Change title(tooltips) on Registration Page?

I have searched high and low in the forums and the code and cannot find where to edit the titles(tooltips) when one hovers their cursor over name, password and other options.

I need to change "Name:Please Enter your Full Real Name"

It's a combination of the field title and the field description separated by a colon. If you want it to display something else other then that simply edit the field and change its title and description to whatever you like.

Yes, navigate to Joomla Backend > Components > Community Builder > Field Management and with the above example edit the "Name" field and change the title/description to whatever you like. Changing either/or will result in change of the mouse-over title as well.

I see I just need to change _UE_REGWARN_NAME

is there anyplace that these variables are saved if I want to change back to them later?

You need to download the English language plugin and make changes in there.
You should not change the default language files as they will be overwritten when you upgrade to next CB version.
