Error HTTP 500

Error HTTP 500 was created by Florisjan
I have installed CB 1.8 and since then users get an error-page HTTP500 when they want to change their profile in the frontend.

I have already changed the userfriendly URL-settings but that gives no result.

Is this a known error?
