How can I disable the edit-options in the wall ?

1. Enable/Disable Fields on Profile Wall:

Publishing fields is covered on page 109 in the cb1.8 manual

Components > Community Builder > Field Management > [turn on or off 'Profile' for each field]



2. Turn on/off CB Profile Book editor:

Components > Community Builder > Tab Management - Parameter Settings: Show Editor By Default = Hidden

The Informations are not fields - I think - they a calculated.

I do not want to disable the editor at all, only the editor options.

1. CB Conditionals is what you're looking for to conditionally show/hide based on field values -
e.g.: If field 'Species' = field value 'Alien' then show drop down select 'Select Planet'.

2. The editor options are in the tab management section of the profile book and include 'smilies on/off', 'bbcode on/off', 'title on/off' and others (as shown in the screen capture).

I believe you are confusing your two questions.
You don't need a conditional statement for showing 'Online Status' - just simply turn it off in the field management editor.
