[SOLVED] CB Conditionals not working

I have CB Conditionals set up properly, but the fields that I have set to show when another field has a certain value are showing anyway.

Fields (cb_practice, cb_telephone and cb_pointofcontact) are only supposed to show up if the registrant ticks 'Veterinarian' for the User Type (cb_usertype). They show up right away instead.

Also, once I create a field, assign the condition and save…the conditional options disappear. So if I want to change the settings I have to delete and create a new field. That can't be right.

CB Version: 1.8.1
CB Conditionals Version: 1.8.10

Disregard. The CB Conditionals extension wasn't published even though it was showing up in the field create view.
