Thanks, but I found it. It was a Joomla problem. the fix was found by doing a globle Check in help.joomla.org/proxy/index.php?option=com_help&keyref=Help16:Site_Maintenance_Global_Check-in

I get the following error on the Joomla home page with the latest Joomla and the latest Community Builder when trying to access the home or start page in the article manager.. I have no Idea how to fix this. I'm not even sure how it could how happened.
