[SOLVED] blank page for cb was created by theohope

I upgrade jomla 2.5.9 to joomla 3.5.1. The backend is ok but my site show a blank page!
i have cb quick pro 1.3 (with cb 1.9) and i have PHP :5.512/ apache: 2.4.9/myqsl:5.6.17

I don't understand the problem before the upgrade it was ok!

An idea for this issue please?
