CBSubs invoice fields for Donations sent via email was created by D1on

Hi,

Is there a way to include the CBSubs invoice fields included in the email messages for Donation plans?

e.g.

[INVOICE_NO] or [INVOICENUMBER] and [DATE_ORDERED]

Or can we send a copy of the CBSubs invoice with the email notifications for the Donation plans?
