[SOLVED] Canvas and Portrait Upload

Members/Registered upload image from front end or canvas and message says saved but no change. When you go to the back end/administrator and check the user the images are there but the original temp gray image is still there. The new image is not replacing the temp one?

Failed to add it works fine for super users only.

FIXED! Configuration / Moderation settings were wrong.
