No, that functionality does not exist yet. I'll be creating that API in CB Activity 4.0.0 and you just gave me the perfect name for it, lol. I'll call that API Reactions. The idea is to allow you to create as many reactions as you want (likes, thumbs down, dislikes, toast, thank you, etc..) just like you can the Actions, Locations, and Emotes. CB Auto Actions will also of course have new system actions to integrate this with various usages (e.g. CB Gallery).
